AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.

I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company. This was a BIG job with BIG items of all types in a garage and house. Stephanie and her assistant did a very impressive job and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again. Prompt, efficient, on time and at her original estimated cost. I just love people who do what they say they are going to do and when they plan to do it. Again, I'm very impressed.

Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.

Great service Had a bunch of junk needed to be removed pronto. I live on the lower keys and services such as junk removal are not available. These guys had to drive two hours to get to my place. They came when they said they would they removed everything and I am so grateful.

From the time I spoke with them on the phone I could tell they were a professional company not just a guy with a trailer with wood panel for walls. They arrived and started loading stuff once we did the walk thru. They were professional and they made me fell like I was part of their family. The quality and speed of the service is top of the class. They didn't do a-lot of standing around, they worked hard. When it comes to the load of the trailer they fill them to the top and it's a large trailer. When it started to rain they kept going with the loading process. I will be a loyal customer for life and I recommend them to anyone!
